Exhibitor/Sponsor info

This event is targeted at high school and college students (ages 16-22). Our focus is to introduce young people to the vast array of career opportunities within the aviation industry. YOU are the best resource to accomplish this task.

The Expo consists of industry leaders, exhibitors, aircraft displays, guest speakers, and of course – scholarships! We want to provide them with information and resources that will help them look beyond the horizon, and develop a vision for their future.

Space is limited for both exhibitors and static displays. We ask that you read the Fly-ND Career Expo Exhibitor Prospectus carefully and submit your registration and commitments as soon as possible to reserve your space and guarantee your participation. Once we have reached 46 exhibitors, we will cut off registration. If your company does not make the first 46 submitted registrations, you will be placed on a wait list. In the event that we have established a wait list for exhibitors, please understand that those on the wait-list that also commit to providing a scholarship or a corporate sponsorship will be given preference.

The conference is a tremendous opportunity to show off your goods and services to the aviation communities.

Space is limited! Sign up early (early bird pricing available).

This event is held for pilots, mechanics, airport managers and general aviation enthusiasts.

The North Dakota Aviation Association would like to cordially invite you to participate in the 2022 Fly-ND Conference (formally known as the Upper Midwest Aviation Symposium (UMAS)). The conference will be held March 6-8, 2022, at the Delta by Marriott Hotel in Fargo, ND.

The conference is a tremendous opportunity to show off your goods and services to the aviation communities of North Dakota and surrounding areas. As always, events will be held for pilots, mechanics, airport managers and general aviation enthusiasts. The exhibit hall is the heart of the conference, and the event is designed to provide ample time for you to interact with current and potential customers. There are several opportunities for exhibitors to interact with participants throughout the entire event. In addition, the exhibit hall will be open to the public on Monday evening after 7:30 pm.

Booth fees provide you with a covered table, chairs, electricity to the booth, wireless internet, and conference passes for two individuals (single size booth). The passes allow access to all events and meals except the Hall of Fame/Awards banquet. Tickets to the banquet or additional passes must be purchased separately. To encourage early registration, please note the booth price increases on February 1st. We also have special rates on all booth sizes for NDAA Allied Members.

Exhibitor fees are as follows: Allied Member Rate Before February 1

Non-Allied Member Rate Before February 1

Single Booth

Double Booth

Triple Booth

Booth locations will be determined by the committee. If you have any special requests, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. To reserve your booth space please register at www.fly-nd.com/events/conference.

As always, the North Dakota Aviation Association welcomes any additional sponsorship dollars you would be willing to provide. This money is used to offset the costs of the conference and keep registration prices as low as possible which encourages more potential customers to attend.
