Volunteers Needed!

If you have a boat and would like to be a Captain please indicate that on your registration. There will be 4 guests to a boat (Including the Captain). Administration will be calling you to see if you have a pre-filled boat of registered guests or if you have room to take on registered guests.

NOTE: Woodland resort has rental boats available, reserve them early at 701-662-5996. Woodland also has a guide service that can take your group out.

Fishing rules:

1. All participants must have a ND fishing license.

2. You may launch wherever you choose. You need to be out of the water by 9 pm.

3. We will reconvene for fish weigh-in and cleaning at the Woodland Fish Cleaning Building.

4. Teams are encouraged to keep eater-sized walleyes (13”-22”) and release larger fish. Fish over 22” long will not be counted in the team weight competition.

5. Prizes are awarded as follows:

a. Heaviest 5 walleyes (under 22”) - $50/team member

b. 2nd heaviest 5 walleyes - $25/ team member

c. Longest released walleye - $50

d. Longest released Northern Pike - $50

e. Longest released white bass - $25

f. Longest released perch - $25

6. You may arrange for a guide to take you out.

7. A portion of the day’s catch will be used for the group fish fry, participants may take the rest home.
